1. When to use this policy

• Trademark complaints, defamation, privacy concerns
• Unauthorized use of name/logo/likeness
• Improper or misleading channel listings
• Other legal or policy issues not covered by DMCA

2. How to submit a request

3. Explanation of why the content should be removed
4. Any supporting documentation (if applicable)
