Payments & Billing Policy

Effective Date: January 17, 2026

This Payments & Billing Policy applies if Haiti Broadcasting offers paid plans, subscriptions, donations, or other paid services.

1. Billing cycles and renewals

Paid plans (if offered) may renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.

2. Failed payments

If a payment fails, access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. We may attempt reprocessing according to your payment provider’s rules.

3. Refunds

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, payments are non-refundable. In limited cases, we may provide a courtesy refund at our discretion.

4. Chargebacks and disputes

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in termination of access.
